Be introduced to the amazing Ancient Sacred Dances Gurdjieff discovered at the turn of the Century and brought into Western Culture.
They are healing to Mind, Body and Spirit, and being a dancer is not a requirement for doing the work.

"I was particularly drawn to this work, as it has it is one of the few established paths that has movement as one of the practices. I have studied with James Tomarelli over a number of years. He is a great teacher. The practices are physically healing and they also expanded my ability to see clearly and to make quick intelligent choices. The fact that the Movements are group dances is also a plus. Margaret Monsour is the master accompanist for this work, which is very tied to music."
